onderzoek uitgevoerd?<\/strong><br \/>\nDe cyste controles zullen worden uitgevoerd door uw eigen behandelend arts, in uw eigen ziekenhuis.\u00a0Over het algemeen worden cysten vervolgd met beeldvorming door Magnetische Resonantie (MRI-scan) of Endoscopische echografie (EUS) en een bloedafname, iedere 6 of 12 maanden. <strong>Deelname aan de studie heeft geen invloed op de cyste controle en vergt geen extra ziekenhuis bezoek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Voor een normale cyste controle (halfjaarlijks, jaarlijks of 2-jaarlijks), bezoekt u twee maal, kort na elkaar, het ziekenhuis. Bij het eerste bezoek wordt beeldvormend onderzoek verricht en een bloedmonster afgenomen (1 buisje van 6 ml). Wanneer u deelneemt aan de studie worden tijdens deze bloedafname twee extra buisjes van ieder 6 ml gevuld. Tijdens het tweede bezoek aan het ziekenhuis, een paar weken later, vindt een gesprek plaats met uw arts. Deze zal uw conditie en klachten evalueren en de onderzoeksresultaten met u bespreken.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bij deelnemers zullen wij met behulp van een vragenlijst nagaan wat de belasting is van deelname aan het cyste controle programma. Er zullen vragen worden gesteld over uw beleving van de cyste controle en de invloed ervan op uw dagelijks leven. U zult na diagnose en na elk onderzoek per e-mail een link ontvangen, die u kunt gebruiken om de vragenlijst online in te vullen. <strong>Dit onderdeel is niet verplicht. Indien u geen vragenlijsten wenst te ontvangen kunt u nog steeds meedoen aan de studie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Wat wordt er van u verwacht?<\/strong><br \/>\nEr zijn geen speciale leefregels of beperkingen waar u rekening mee moet houden als u deelneemt aan de studie.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Wat is meer of anders dan de reguliere controle die u krijgt?<\/strong><br \/>\nWanneer u meedoet aan de studie verschillen alleen de bloedafnames. In plaats van \u00e9\u00e9n buisje zullen drie buisjes worden afgenomen tijdens de (half)jaarlijks controle. Wanneer u een recent vastgestelde cyste heeft, zal u bovendien gevraagd worden om, na afloop van elk controle moment, thuis een vragenlijst in te vullen.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Wat zijn de andere mogelijk te volgen controle strategie\u00ebn?<\/strong><br \/>\nUw eigen arts bepaald de cyste controle strategie. Deelname aan de PACYFIC studie be\u00efnvloed het beleid ten aanzien van uw cyste dus niet.
