mandatory. In case you do not wish to receive questionnaires, you can still participate in the study.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A link to the questionnaires will be sent to you by e-mail, after you have given us permission to do so. The questions will concern your experience with pancreatic cyst surveillance and the impact it has on your daily life. Some of these questions may be personal. Answering the questionnaire will take about 5 to 15 minutes of your time.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>If you participate in the patient questionnaires, you will receive a link to complete the questionnaire online.\u00a0This will\u00a0occur once after diagnosis\u00a0and each follow-up visit.
